I appreciated the clean condition of the hotel. The distance between the reception and the rooms allowed for pleasant walks through lush tropical scenery. Frequent electric wagons provided convenient transportation. I also took advantage of the multiple pools and various bars. I liked the fresh and diverse food at the buffet restaurant.
I found the beach towel exchange policy restrictive. There was a rule limiting changes to once per day. Extra towels sometimes required a tip to obtain from staff. I felt this policy could be more accommodating.

The buffet restaurant offered a nice variety of fresh food. Diverse options ensured that there was something for everyone. I also saw an ice cream parlor and a coffee area that offered specialty items, such as desserts and cigars.

My son and i enjoyed this trip. The resort's location provided easy access to amenities. The grounds maintenance crew worked hard, meticulously manicuring the vegetation daily. The rooms offer a tropical vibe with great cleaning service.
Restaurant reservations were DIFFICULT. We only secured one reservation during our three-night stay.

The room offered a comfortable bed and a rain shower with plenty of hot water. The spacious rooms are ALWAYS clean, and the maids do a great job. A tropical vibe complements the decor.

The pools provided warm water though they were slightly cloudy. The resort offers tennis courts with provided racquets and balls. The cafe serves delicious coffee, especially the Dominican variety. Its staff is friendly.

Javier Peguero was super helpful and accomodating. The staff went out of their way to help and ensure a great holiday. This was very nice. The animation team offered really good entertainment daily. The evening performances stood out.
